Talent Booking Agreement

Any grounds for complaint must be reported to the Agency by the client as soon as they come forward. Complaints cannot be taken into account and/or dealt with effectively after the services are delivered. While the Agency makes reasonable efforts to ensure that talent provides satisfactory and effective services to clients as an intermediary, talent is independent and the Agency cannot be held responsible for the behaviour or behaviour of a talent during service delivery, and in this context, the Agency is not responsible for the costs, expenses or losses resulting from the behaviour or behaviour of the talent. 18.1 The photographer and/or client and anyone who obtains rights from or through the photographer/client is not permitted to use images for use outside the authorized use or for any other use agreed upon or authorized in accordance with sections 2.1, 3, 15, 16 and 17.
